The firm usually charges a fee for mortgage advice. The amount of the fee will depend upon your needs and circumstances. This will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity. Typically our fee structure ranges from £499 for mortgages up to £100,000 to £199 for mortgages over and above £300,000. Our broker fee is payable on application.
